I have been using several apps for editing photos with my smartphone. I have tried several, but just two or three have really filled my expectatives. You can see my photos taken with the Iphone most of them at my Instagram @frau.olaya
First favorite app without doubt is this one. I am a fan of film photography, so this is the main thing why I love this app. The filters simulate perfectly film photos. Also you can set your own way the filters/presets. I used this app when I had an Android smartphone and now that I have an Iphone still on heavy use. The tones you can get on your photos are dope. You can see more photos on my vsco’s grid:
Recently installed in my Iphone and I cannot complain! I am fascinated with this app! It’s easy to use, you do not need to import your photos. The app acces to cellphone’s gallery, then you just edit the photo and for going to another/next photo just swap the screen. You can adjust the filters that offer make your photos look like film. I kinda find they want to simulate VSCO CAM, and they do it good. You can edit your photos (enhance colors, contrast, sharpness, crop in different sizes, etc) and if you want go further you can buy presets/filters. The app is for free download.
Photo editor and Collage maker, simple and very accurated for those who do not want a heavy app and with thousands options. You can add text, stickers, and do more with your photos thanks to this app. Give it a check, it is worth.
This app from Google makes it easy for editing your photos and giving a better look. You have several options: crop, enhance, brush, vignette, and more. All simple and clear. Also vintage, retro, film filters and HDR option. You can edit your pics just sliding up/down and left/right for the options.
This one is just for IOS (Iphone). I used it sometimes when I want to make photos of landscapes, still-life or street photography. It has some nice filters (BLOGGER and CINEMATIC are my favorite ones). It could be a bit complex to use, but it gives nice results with the shots. If you are into a very vintage and analog look for your photos, so you have to check this one.
This app is ALL-IN-ONE: do you want a collage? or make a drawing, or just put some text to your photo? or make some pop-art or any artsy effects with your photos? This is the app you need for real. Here one sample of a double-exposure photo:
